CrossFit Affinity offers CrossFit Style personal training to anyone looking to stay in shape or make that tough transition in to the CrossFit Class environment.

FUNDAMENTALS

Our Fundamentals program is designed to transition traditional gym movements into the CrossFit style methodology of training. The program is mandatory to be part of CrossFit Affinity’s community. Learn more about our Fundamentals Program here.

Olympic Weightlifting

The group will primarily practice the Classic Olympic Lifts known as the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.

Kid's Active Fit Class & High School Athlete

The kids program is designed to encourage a more active lifestyle starting at a young age. It will incorporate fun games, balance, coordination and just the right amount of running around.

The program is based on different age groups ranging from 5-10 and 13-17. Learn more about our Youth Programs here.

CoreFit & Conditioning

CoreFit & Conditioning is a light version of CrossFit based more on bodyweight and cardiovascular movements.

Using lights weights and continuous movement through the hour to make sure we build stamina, respiratory and cardiovascular endurance as well as core strength for life longevity. Learn more about our CoreFit & Conditioning Program here.
