When you look at the CrossFit Fitness Pyramid, the foundation is ≈nutrition. Dialing in your nutrition is a vital component in achieving optimal health, weight and performance goals. It doesn’t matter how hard you work in the gym, if your nutrition doesn’t get attention you’re not going to see the results you want.
 
That is why I’m happy to announce that in partnership with Linda Whitridge / AME Higher Nutrition (www.amehighernutrition.com), we now offer customized nutrition programs to CF Affinity clients and the greater non-crossfit-community. This Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide you with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness without the stress of “dieting”. There are many programs that tell you what not to eat… this one will help you understand what TO eat, and how to achieve your goals, with customized meal plans and grocery lists.
Linda has partnered with Nicole Marchand Aucoin, Registered Dietitian and Owner of Healthy Steps Nutrition to provide you with this nutrition program that has proven success with over a thousand clients, games athletes and CrossFit affiliates all over the world.

Linda Whitridge

Linda played multiple sports throughout her life, playing collegiate field hockey and tennis at Princeton University. She has spent the past five years at CrossFit Affinity, and has learned and realized what an effect a balanced, nutritious lifestyle can have, not only on athletic performance, but on general health & well-being. 
 
Linda is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, is trained & mentored by Healthy Steps Nutrition, and is in the process of receiving her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification.
