CoreFit & Conditioning

CoreFit & Conditioning is a light version of CrossFit based more on bodyweight and cardiovascular movements.   Using lights weights and continuous movement through the hour to make sure we build stamina, respiratory and cardiovascular endurance as well as core strength for life longevity.
