  • Women use 70%

*In 2 min without racking the bar, complete As Many Reps of back squat as possible

W.O.D for time complete the following in 20 Mins

  • 800M Run
  • then 10 Rds of
    • 3 x HSPU
    • 6 x Pushups
    • 9 x Air Squats
