Strength:  3 Parts

  • 5 sets of 3 of close grip clean deadlifts @ 90% of 1 RM Clean or 65/70% of 1 RM Deadlift
  • 5 sets of 2 below the knee hang power clean build through 5 sets
  • 5 sets of 1 Power Cleans, touch n go, build through 5 sets

W.O.D In 10 Mins Complete as far as possible

  • 1 x Power Cleans
  • 2 x Burpees
  • 3 x Box Jumps 24/20
