  • 1 x Rope Climb or Peg Board
  • 5 x Sandbag Cleans 150/100

Level 2:

  • 30 x Double under’s
  • 1 x Rope Climb
  • 5 x Sandbag Cleans 100/50

Level 3:

  • 30 x DU’s or 60 x Singles
  • 3 x Strict Pullups (Bands if needed)
