  • L2: C2B Pullups
  • L3: Pullups/Assisted

**After each run do as many of PULLS as you can.  Once you come off the bar you are back in the run

10 Min AMRAP of

  • 8 x Hollow Ring Rows
  • 10 x KB Swings
  • 12 x ALT Pistols
  1. L1: KB 70/53, No scaling Pistols
  2. L2: KB 53/35, Use a ball under for pistols
  3. L3: KB 35/26 or Heavier if can, Pistols scale as needed

10 Min Clock

  • 75 x DU’s/Situps
  • 50 x DU’s/Situps
  • 25 x DU’s/Situps

Scale DU’s to Double Singles.
