LEVEL 1:

21-15-9

  • Thrusters 95/65
  • Pullups

LEVEL 2:

21-15-9

  • Thrusters 75/45
  • Pullups (assisted if needed)

LEVEL 3:

15-12-9

  • Front Squat to Push Press 55/35
  • Ring Rows (Hollow Position)

*This will be a peer judged workout.   Reps will ONLY count when the Full Range of Motion is completed as per movement, i.e. chin above the bar on a pullup and full squat to complete arm lock out position on the top of the thruster.
