Level 2:

  • 18 x Alternating Pistols (Use a ball or plates for scaling)
  • 12 x TTB or Hanging Knee Raises
  • 6  x Power Cleans 155/105 or 135/95

Level 3:

  • 18 x Air Squats
  • 12 x Abmat Situps
  • 6  x Power Cleans 95/65, 65/45, 45/35
