Strength:  3 Rounds Not for time of (20 Mins)

  • 10L/10R Seated DB or KB Strict Press (use a weight that allows 10 consecutive reps)
  • 5 x Seated Floor Press Dips
  • 10 x Chin Ups (use a band as needed to get 10 reps in a row)
  • 5L/5R x Pistols with less assistance then last segment

  • 6 x Deadlifts 315/225
  • 8 x Deficit HSPU M:45’s/W: 25’s
  • 12 x Air Squats
