Strength:  4 rounds of (NOT for time) 20 Min clock

  • 5 x Strict Pullups ( use band tension as needed)
  • 25L/25R x Bent Over Rows (Use a little higher weight than last time)
  • 10 x Pistols (Use a bench or Ball with plate variations)
  • :45 sec Hollow Plank hold
