  • 14 x DB Thrusters 50/35 (Scale: 35/20)
  • 3 x Sandbag Cleans over shoulder 150/100
  • 28ft HS Walk (Scale: 4 x Wall Walks to Vertical)
  • 21 x Calories on Rower (Scale: N/A)

Aux:  4 Sets (Not for time)

  • 15 x DB Curls (choose a weight for 15 straight)
  • 8 x Unbroken Ring Dips (Use a band or free or Jumping)
  • 10 x Strict TTB or Hanging straight leg raises

Cool Down:  Take a few mins to stretch on your own
