  • Wall Holds with head through (chin tucked)
  • Strict HSPU (must be able to do 5 in a row before kipping)
  • Kipping HSPU

W.O.D "Tabata"

  • Ring Rows
  • Double Under's
  • Burpees
  • Jumping Lunges

*Score is lowest scoring set of each movement

  • 2 Rep Back Squat
  • Double Hang Snatch:  Build to heavy 2 rep
  • Sumo Deadlift, Build to heavy 2
  • Good Mornings:  10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bent Over DB Rows:  15 x 3 Left and right

W.O.D  Can be the same as class
