W.O.D  30 Min AMRAP with a Partner

  • 400M Run
  • 3 x Rope Ascents
  • 60 sec Plank (Accumulative)
  • 30 x DB OH Lunges 50/35
  • 30 x Pushups

Partner 1 will start with the Run and Partner 2 will start on the Rope Climbs or scaled.   

**Wear a weight vest if you have one tomorrow.
