  • Beginner:  Hang Power clean Doubles
  • Advanced:  Hang Squat Clean Doubles 

*Beginner use light to Mod weight across all sets

Advanced use 70% of 1 RM Clean

W.O.D 7 RFT or

  • 3 x Hang Power Cleans 155/115
  • 6 x Shoulder to OH
  • 9 x Burpees over the bar
