  • 3 Pos Clean:  65% x 2 sets, 70% x 3 sets (Floor, right below knee and mid thigh)
  • Clean Deadlift: 100% x7 (4)
  • Front Squat: 60% x 8, 65% x 6, 70% x 5, 75% x 3, 70% x 5
  • Wall Ball Situps x 15 reps x 3 (use a 20# ball )
