W.O.D 4 Segments, each for individual time

Segment 1:

  • 1000M Row
  • Every 250M Stop and do 10 Burpees over the rower (leg)

Segment 2:

  • 400M Run
  • 80 x Double Unders

Segment 3:

  • 500M Row
  • 20 Lateral Jumps over the rower (leg)

Segment 4:

  • 40 x Situps
  • 800M Run
  • 40 x Situps
