  • 9: Swings 53/35
  • 10: Handstand Pushups
  • 11: Front Squat 115/85
  • 12: 3/4 Mile Run or Row

**Scaling will be weight related and the 3 barbell movements will be based on the weight of your weakest lift.  1 Barbell per person
