  • 5 x Hang Snatch 135/95
  • 200M Sprint

  • Front Squat:  1RM + 15# * 60% 5 sets of 5
  • Snatch:  Doubles x 5 @ 70%
  • OH Squat:  5 x 5 @ 70% of Snatch
  • Bent Over Row with KB 50L/50 R (53/44)
  • AB Work 50 x Reps of something you need
