Each person will complete the opposite work each round

  • Front Squat: 1 RM + 15# * 85% 2 reps x 3 sets
  • Heavy Single Snatch 1-1-1-1-1 (5 Attempts) Warmup through %'s to a heavy
  • Heavy Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (5 Attempts) Same as the Snatch
  • Bench Press:  5 x 5 @ 75% of your Body Weight
