Strength:  Bench Press

  • New:  5 sets of 10 reps at challenging weight 10 reps can be performed
  • Vets:  5 sets of 5 reps with a base weight of 135/95, 115/75 or 95/65 plus band tension and kettlebells.

*Always use spotters
