CrossFit Affinity offers CrossFit Style personal training to anyone looking to stay in shape or make that tough transition in to the CrossFit Class environment. Our trainers are CF Level-1 certified and hold Nationally accredited Certified personal trainers certificates. Schedules are flexible based on your needs. Kid's active fit class and High School Athlete
The kids program is designed to encourage a more active lifestyle starting at a young age. It will incorporate fun games, balance, coordination and just the right amount of running around.
At the end of each class there will be a 10-15 min cool down with Kids Yoga incorporated.
The program will be based on different age groups ranging from 5-10 and 13-17. 10 Session punch cards will be sold for $200 plus tax. Sessions never expire so you never lose them.

Our Fundamentals program is designed to transition traditional gym movements into the CrossFit style methodology of training. The program is mandatory to be part of CrossFit Affinity’s community. Its a 3 week commitment consisting of 3 structured classes each week. The purpose of the Fundamentals is to introduce the athlete to all CrossFit related movements. This is also to allow basic understanding and knowledge to perform the movements safely and efficiently.

The group will primarily practice the Classic Olympic Lifts known as the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The group will be programmed accordingly to each individual needs to hone the skills necessary to perform these lifts properly and safely all while developing Strength and Speed necessary to complete them. There will be accessory work that will accompany each lifting session to develop and condition the body to handle such stresses.
